Signing In
Q. I see ‘Sign in failed. (403)’ and cannot sign in.
A 403 error may be displayed if the email address or password you entered is incorrect.
Please check your email address and password, then try logging in again.
If you need to reset your password, please visit this page
and enter your registered email address to submit your request.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Please follow the instructions in that email to complete the process.
Selecting a Voice Library
Q. Can CeVIO AI and CeVIO Creative Studio voices be used with VoiSona?
Basically, only dedicated voice libraries can be used with VoiSona.
However, some voices can also be used in VoiSona by entering the serial number activated in CeVIO AI.
Activation requires the CeVIO AI song editor.
As a sister brand of CeVIO, we will continue to consider cross-platform compatibility with VoiSona for song voices that are in high demand.
VoiSona voice libraries cannot be used with CeVIO AI or CeVIO Creative Studio.
Q. I want to cancel my voice library subscription.
During the contract period, please make a cancellation reservation by following the steps below.
- Log in to the LICENSE page.
- Select the voice library you are contracted for.
- Click the "Cancel subscription" button in the "Reservation to cancel monthly or annual plan" section at the bottom of the page.
When the display changes to "Status: Reserved for subscription cancellation", automatic renewal will be turned off, and your licence will be automatically cancelled at the end of your contract period.
The licence will be automatically cancelled when the contract period ends.
Please note that you can continue to use the voice library during the contract period.
Q. I cannot download a voice library.
Q. Selecting a voice library failed.
After clicking the "Delete Voice" button to the right of the voice library version number, please download it again.
Score Editing
Q. Can I specify the playback start position?
Tapping on the ruler section (the area where the bar numbers are displayed) moves the position cursor (white vertical line) and allows you to specify any position.
After that, tap the play button to play the audio from the position cursor.
Q. I want to enter small notes such as 64th notes.
VoiSona can input notes up to 32nd notes.
If you want to adjust the timing of the notes more precisely, use the timing (TMG) adjustment screen.
When you turn on the eye icon in the Volume (VOL) tab, the volume line will be displayed, making it easier to adjust the timing visually.
Others
Q. How many devices can I use it on?
You can activate (register for use) it on up to three devices, including the PC version and iOS/iPadOS version.
You can register up to 2 Windows/macOS computers and up to 2 iOS/iPadOS smartphones or tablets, but the total number of devices you can use is limited to 3.
If you want to change the device you are using, please deactivate the currently registered device from the ACCOUNT page.
Q. Can I change my login password?
