Selecting a Voice Library

Q. Can CeVIO AI and CeVIO Creative Studio voices be used with VoiSona Talk?

Basically, only dedicated voice libraries can be used with VoiSona Talk. However, some voices can also be used in VoiSona Talk by entering the serial number activated in CeVIO AI.

Activation requires the CeVIO AI song editor.
As a sister brand of CeVIO, we will continue to consider cross-platform compatibility with VoiSona Talk for song voices that are in high demand.
ℹ️
VoiSona Talk voice libraries cannot be used with CeVIO AI or CeVIO Creative Studio.

Q. I want to cancel my voice library subscription.

During the contract period, please make a cancellation reservation by following the steps below.
  1. Log in to the LICENCE page.
  1. Select the voice library you are contracted for.
  1. Click the "Cancel subscription" button in the "Reservation to cancel monthly or annual plan" section at the bottom of the page.
    1. ℹ️
      When the display changes to "Status: Reserved for subscription cancellation", automatic renewal will be turned off, and your licence will be automatically cancelled at the end of your contract period. The licence will be automatically cancelled when the contract period ends. Please note that you can continue to use the voice library during the contract period.

Q. I cannot download a voice library.

Please refer to Selecting a Voice Library in this manual.

Q. Selecting a voice library failed.

After clicking the "Delete Voice" button to the right of the voice library version number, please download it again.

Others

Q. How many devices can I use it on?

You can activate (register for use) up to three devices, including the PC version and iOS/iPadOS version (song only).
ℹ️
You can register up to 2 Windows/macOS computers and up to 2 iOS/iPadOS smartphones or tablets, but the total number of devices you can use is limited to 3.
If you want to change the device you are using, please deactivate the currently registered device from the ACCOUNT page.

Q. Can I change my login password?

Please change your password from "Change Password" on the ACCOUNT page.

Q. I want to delete my account.

If you wish to delete your account, please follow the procedure here. If you have a paid license, you cannot delete your account from this page. Please contact us from the CONTACT page.

Q. I am experiencing activation failure when using both "VoiSona" and "VoiSona Talk".

If you are using both "VoiSona" and "VoiSona Talk", we kindly ask you to update both software. If activation fails after updating, please deactivate the old activation information on your ACCOUNT page.
