Pronunciation Changes from Input and Editing
In VoiSona Talk, when part of a sentence is modified, the pronunciation and accent of the unchanged portions remain as consistent as possible. Therefore, the pronunciation of the same sentence may produce different depending on how it is entered or edited.
Example:
  • Enter "昨日は雨" into the sentence
    • The sentence is "昨日は雨"", the pronunciation is "キノーワアメ"
  • ① Enter "昨日は晴" into the sentence, change the pronunciation "キノー" to "サクジツ"
    • ② Change "晴" to "雨"
    • The sentence is "昨日は雨", the pronunciation is "サクジツワアメ" (Even if part of the sentence is modified in step ②, the pronunciation of part ① that was not modified at that time is not reset.)

Devoicing Vowels (for Japanese Voice Library)

By adding a full-width apostrophe (’) at the end of the reading, you can devoice the vowel.
Example:
  • Set the reading to "デス"
    • The phonemes will be "d, e, s, u."
  • Set the reading to "デス’"
    • The phonemes will be "d, e, s, U" (the /u/ sound becomes a devoiced phoneme /U/).
